Who I Work With

My clients are busy and hard working solopreneurs, business owners, and professionals typically in their 40’s or 50’s or 60’s.

Often they live a 24/7 life and tend to put everything and everyone before themselves: their business, clients, partner, children, family, home and friends. They want to have more energy, more clarity, to be more productive and to enjoy life more. They are often RUNNING ON EMPTY and may may put their own health at the end of the ‘LIFE to do’ list. Their current way of life isn’t delivering the level of energy, clarity, and love of life they desire.

Do you ever find yourself saying these words or feeling like this?

I feel guilty spending time on myself when I have a full-on business to run and a family at home. How can I possibly create enough time to fit in healthy eating and exercise? How can I overcome the guilt I feel when I choose to switch off my phone, take time out for a healthy lunch, or have some ‘me’ time?


I am constantly exhausted but every day I dig deep and find the energy from somewhere to do everything I need to do. How can I learn to truly relax? What can I do to improve my sleep? My business takes me away from home, with lots of travelling, flying, staying in hotels and long road trips, I find it impossible to establish any kind of food or exercise routine.
