By gathering a snapshot of your current health status and lifestyle, Aileen will highlight the most important areas to help you with during the programme. This gives us both an opportunity to get to know one another and will help you feel confident you will be focussing on areas which will make a difference to you.
- You book a time and date for your 1:1 Personal Health Planning Call online
- You complete online Be Fit For Business Self-Assessment and then …
- You complete online Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire
Aileen will then analyse your Be FIT for Business Self-Assessment and Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire and will summarise onto a Personal Health MOJO Map (sent to you prior to your 1:1 Personal Health Planning Zoom Call).

Q. What happens during the MOJO Masterminds?
A. The MOJO Mastermind session includes:
- Bring Backs – update on your goal, successes and challenges
- A short informative presentation on KEY topic with Q&A
- Group Coaching Exercise – on a practical health task/skill/habit
- Round up – What have been your learning points/reflections today and what will be your focus/mini goal/actions for next month and book in your Personal Health MOJO 1:1 Zoom Check-in with Aileen
Q. If I miss a MOJO Mastermind will it be recorded?
A. The presentation part of the Zoom will be recorded (not the coaching part – as this may involve participants sharing personal information). If you are unable to attend a MOJO Mastermind, you will be sent a recording of the presentation topic so you may watch later. You may ask for advice regarding the topic during your monthly Personal Health MOJO 1:1 Zoom Check ins or in the Face Book Group or by email to Aileen.
Q. When will the Personal Health MOJO 1:1 Zoom Check ins be scheduled?
A. You may book your check in call direct with Aileen’s diary (subject to availability).
Q. What happens if I have to cancel a Personal Health MOJO 1:1 Zoom Check ins?
A. Ideally please give at least 24-hours notice. You may reschedule a convenient date/time before the next MOJO Mastermind. If you do not use the Personal Health MOJO 1:1 Zoom Check in within that time period, you will lose it i.e. use it or lose it.
Q. How long will it take me to complete the Online Be Fit for Business Self-Assessment and Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire?
A. Clients usually allocate 60 minutes to complete these documents – it may take you a little longer or a shorter time depending on your health history. It is worth dedicating this time to share information with me so I may get a full overview of your health, lifestyle and how it’s impacting on your business life.
Q. When do I have to do the online questionnaires i.e. Online Be Fit for Business Self-Assessment and Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire and book the Personal Health Planning Call?
A. All these steps must be completed prior to Mastermind 1- ideally in the 2 weeks prior.
