I love my vegetable juices for breakfast, however, sometimes when there’s a house full of guests it can be difficult to make a huge batch of juice for everyone especially when you are trying to accommodate the ‘non green taste buds’ of friends and family. My solution nowadays is to make 3 large jugs of ‘beginner’s juice’ and serve in small shot glasses as mini tasters.
Servings – 6 to 8 shots depending on size of glasses
2 large cucumbers
2 large apples
6-8 small sprigs of fresh mint
Push all ingredients through juicer and serve in jug with ice to chill. Garnish shot glasses with a sprig of fresh mint.
