Dr. Deanna Minich is an internationally recognised lifestyle medicine expert, creative visionary and author of five books. I was introduced to her work when reading her book Chakra Foods for Optimal Health: A Guide to the Foods that Improve your Energy, Inspire Creative Changes, Open Your Heart and Heal Body, Mind and Spirit (Conari Press, 2009).
Her twenty years of experience in the nutrition and functional medicine fields led her to develop an integrated “whole self” approach to nutrition called Food & Spirit.
