I hope the start of 2019 has been good for you. I’ve had a busy month designing new services and planning my launches for the coming year.
Here is a little behinds the scenes look at what I’ve been up to in January.
Over the years I’ve discovered that mostly people come out of hibernation in February. New clients are ready to embrace healthy changes and regular clients want to look at new health goals to refresh and maintain. For that reason, work-wise, I’ve been doing a lot of prep work this month.
Personally, I’ve been spending January trying out a new yoga studio and reformer Pilates, which I absolutely love!
I love my corporate work; delivering workplace wellbeing programmes with SuperWellness colleagues. This month I’ve been with AMCO Giffen and their Wales and Western Team. A great bunch of people. I can’t wait to get back there in February to help them implement their next healthy habits. https://www.thehealthheroine.com/services/

NEW ONLINE PROGRAMMES
For those of you who have known me for a while, you’ll know that I’ve been teaching FIVE Simple Habits for High Flying Energy. This is for 1:1 clients and groups via live on line classes and in-person masterclass days. I am now delighted to extend this to an online programme.
Ultimately, I wanted to have a programme available to complement my 1:1 programmes and in a format that clients can access any time. As a result, they can dip in and out of the programme to meet their needs. I hope you like it!

Coming in Springtime 2019
This is very exciting for me! I’m collaborating with Karen Campbell, my great friend and sports nutritionist on a short 14-day online/face book hosted programme to help runners.
It’s exciting for me as we’ll be getting expertise from Karen, who specialises in working with endurance athletes and is herself an experienced endurance runner, with many marathons and ultras under her belt.
I’m more of a recreational runner who just wants to enjoy my running and races without injury, with lots of energy and occasionally a PB!
We’ll be helping everyone from beginner runners to half marathon runners and beyond. I’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, if you’d like to get on the waiting list, please email me at email@example.com
As mentioned earlier, there has been a lot of creation and collaboration this month, so it seems like January has flown by!
I’m lucky to have lots of great business associates as well as many inspiring health and nutrition colleagues to work with.
I started January off with a creative session with Ann English of Create Intrigue.
We had a refresher IDEAS MAPPING session and subsequently created some fabulous infographics together (see above). Ann always inspires me!
At SuperWellness (Nutrition-Centred Wellbeing for Employees):
I’ve been working with Angela Steel and Sandrine Olmi to create a 30-minute Virtual Round Table Expert Series for 2019. Consequently, we’ve had quite a few ZOOM calls for hatching our plans.
Our aim is to give EMPLOYERS an opportunity to network virtually at our round table, to review and discuss a Wellbeing Topic, Problem or Case Study.

At SuperWellness, our Associates are based across the UK therefore our team meetings are sometimes in person and sometimes online. This month, I’ve enjoyed meeting online for a team mentoring day and a SUPERMIND taster session. Supermind is a series of 9 workshops focussed on giving employees the tools they require for resilience, capacity and energy reserves with nutritional nuggets (often the missing piece when supporting mental health).
