Chopping board and knife
150g curly kale (chopped in blender into fine shreds)
50g whole walnuts
150g beetroot (chopped in blender into fine dice)
1 tbspn olive oil
1 tspn salt
½ lemon juiced
1. Massage olive oil and salt into the shredded kale using your hands, then mix in the chopped beetroot and lemon juice.
2. Check the seasoning and taste.
3. Mix in the walnuts and save a few to garnish when in the serving dish.
