Your Programme includes:
- Health and Lifestyle Assessment. You’ll complete a food and lifestyle questionnaire. We will review my findings and discuss areas of your health you wish to improve on.
- Power Vision Session. We need to get clear on your BIG WHY to help you really buy into making the changes required.
- Health Goal Setting. Together we’ll identify your TOP health goal, TOP 2 new skills to learn and TOP 2 new health habits to implement.
- Personal Power Planning. This is where the rubber hits the road. How are you going to put everything we’ve identified into practice? We need to plan to ensure that at the end of your programme your vision is not just a dream but is a reality.
- Coaching Calls. Each call will start with an overview of your vision and goals and review your achievements to date. If there are areas you are finding difficult we’ll identify strategies to resolve them.
- Accountability Feedback Emails. I’ll send you an email each month asking you to answer a few questions and I’ll send feedback to you.
- Boost Calls. A quick update call will give you the opportunity to ask questions, get advice, celebrate success, keep you on track, and keep you motivated.
- The Health Heroine ‘Make It Happen’ Consultation. To spend as you wish. To focus on a specialist area of your choice for example you may need help with planning healthier packed lunches, healthier travel food and drinks tips, creating a healthy home kitchen, healthy shopping approach, or to help source specialist services or products. This service is like gold dust to a busy professional.
- Programme Review Call. Wow! We’ll look back to where you started and celebrate your success and plan your glorious future health vision.
Your Personalised Schedule
- We design a programme around your busy schedule and how you prefer to work.
- By doing this work early in the schedule I will get complete focus from you and ensure organisational tasks are completed.
- Ideally you should complete sessions 1-4 within 2 weeks of starting the programme to maximise results.
- At the start of each month we’ll have an in depth coaching call followed by boost calls to monitor your achievements.
If you’re ready to press the pause button for a day, to receive clear and expert insights into your health and lifestyle and are ready, willing and able to independently put a plan into action following our day together, then this will be the ideal experience for you. You are effectively receiving 3 days of Aileen’s expertise and time condensed into 1-day (plus an introductory call and review call).
- You have a busy schedule so prefer a DEEP DIVE approach.
- You like a the idea of immersing yourself for a day without distraction.
- You find it easy to take a plan and implement it solo.
- You understand that upfront investment will pay health dividends for you and your business.
Your Personalised VIP Vitality Day
- Choose a location (Edinburgh, Newcastle, York, London).
- Choose a venue (ideally away from it all – a beautiful hotel or meeting venue (if you have a suitable quiet space in your office this may be a good option).
- Choose a date – Mondays are best (you will hopefully have relaxed over the weekend and be ready to for an AWAY day – maybe you’ll choose to have a weekend break at your choice of location prior to our day together. Other days are possible).
- We have an introductory ‘get to know you’ call – about your Schedule, LifeLoad, Food and Lifestyle preferences.
- Aileen analyses your Health and Lifestyle Assessment prior to meeting and prepares your Health Insight Review.
- Aileen Designs your Personalised VIP Vitality Day and confirms all details
- We have a relaxing, restorative, informative day together focussing on your health VISION, GOALS and HEALTHY LIVING PLAN with lots of time for breaks and lunch and enjoying the venue.
- Aileen prepares your Personalised Healthy Living Plan (finalised and sent to you following our day)
- We have a follow-up Review Call to check you have everything you require to put your plan into action (within 10 days of our day together).
