October has flown for me and we are truly in Autumn now.
Here is a behind the scenes look at what I’ve been up to in October 2019.
The autumn has brought some new lovely clients who are beginning wellbeing programmes and it’s also been a time for some clients to complete their programmes too.
I’m always delighted to get feedback from clients, here are two online reviews I received this month.

Aileen helped me learn how to feed my body with the nutrients needed, in an easy and straight forward way. Aileen gives many different nutritional activities to help and educate which is fabulous. I really recommend this service, I found it invaluable.

I came to Aileen having had problems with trying to lose weight and feeling tired all of the time. Aileen put together an easy to follow comprehensive programme for me. This was combined with a supportive supplement plan. Aileen’s advice and plans are not a quick fix diet (thankfully) but lifelong eating advice to form good habits to ensure that health and well-being is at the forefront of it all.

Lizzie, Polly, Jill and I are delighted to announce we have 500 members in the Kokoro Wellbeing Cafe
